Busy Bee Classroom

This classroom ranges from 2.5 years old-3.5 years old. Children at this age are eager to become independent, and we foster this by giving them appropriate choices. They are growing in their language, and expressing their likes and dislikes. They are practicing their self-control as well. Their classroom schedule is consistent each day. Ms. Lisa helps with potty training when the time comes; potty training plans are created through collaboration of the parent and teacher.

In the Busy Bee classroom, the children focus on socializing and participating in activities as a group. They also begin to work on their ABC's, 123's, colors, and shapes. Sorting, stacking, and making patterns are a fun way to learn pre-math skills. When the weather is good we love to take walks on our nature trail and look for bugs, reptiles, and other animals!
